Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are licensed and insured.

How long does it take to build the structure?

Depends on the project. Showers take a day or two. Decks, fences and sheds depend on the design and size.

Do you also do the plumbing?

No, we build the structures only; however, we do have a great relationship with a certified professional plumber who is FANTASTIC, https://guaranteedplumbingandmechanical.com/ . And of course if you already have a favorite plumber you may use them as well.

What type of materials do you use?

It depends on the homeowner's choice. For wood, we prefer cedar as it weathers better. We have also used composite, cherry, pine, and other wood material.

What is the lifespan of the shower?

Plumbing items may need replacing around the 5-7 year mark depending on a variety of conditions (we do recommend winterizing all plumbing). The structure, if stained or painted, should last 10-15 years before any maintenance is required.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a deposit of 50% is required about 10 days from installation.
